I, Miss Augusta Cecil Collett, make, publish and declare this a codicil to my last will and testament dated 15th day of March One Thousand Nine Hundred and Thirty-Four (1934).
FIRST: I hereby revoke and annul the FOURTH paragraph of my said will, and in lieu thereof I hereby give and bequeath the sum of Six Thousand Dollars ($6,000.00) lawful money of the United States of America mentioned therein, to R M Barrett and Fred W McConnell of Sonoma County, California, in trust nevertheless for the following uses and purposes, to-wit:
To invest and reinvest the same and to pay the net income therefrom annually unto my half-brother JOHN ANTHONY
COLLETT, for and during the term of his natural life, and upon his death to pay
the same to the Vestry of Church of the Incarnation of Santa Rosa, to be held
by said Vestry perpetually in trust for the following uses and purposes,
to-wit:
1. To invest and reinvest the same in such
manner as Vestry may deem safe and proper, and
2. To expend the income therefrom
for the benefit of the Church of the Incarnation of Santa Rosa in such manner
as said Vestry deems advisable and for the best interests of said church.
SECOND: I hereby revoke and annul subdivision (b) of the
FIFTH paragraph of my said will, and in lieu thereof I hereby give and bequeath
Hattie Dobell, who has served me so faithfully, the sum of Three Hundred
Dollars ($300.00).
THIRD: In all other respects, I confirm my said Will.
In Witness Whereof, I have hereunto set my hand this the 10th
day of October One Thousand Nine Hundred and Thirty-Four (1934).

The foregoing instrument, consisting of this and the foregoing page, was on the 10th day of October 1934 signed, sealed, published as and declared by the testatrix, Miss Augusta Cecil Collett, to be a codicil to her Last Will and Testament dated March 15th 1934, in the presence of us, the undersigned, who thereupon as her request, in her presence and in the presence of each other, have subscribed our names as the attesting witnesses thereto.

Attached to the Codicil was the following instruct and list dated 1st May 1934:
This is a codicil of my Will which is in the care of Mr Fred McConnell. This is merely to give instructions as to the way in which I wish my personal property to be disposed of. I have asked Mrs Dawson Dixon and Miss Richardson to have packed and delivered these things in the following manner:
To Mrs James Edwards I leave my carved cabinet and all of the china thereon
To Mrs Dawson Dixon I leave my guilt tea set and old breakfast set with the shelf
To Miss Richardson I leave my carved desk and two pictures with tickets on
I leave my books to John with whatever else he likes to choose
To Miss O’Meara my carved picture and mirror
To Polly Doyle my Prie Dieu chair
To Mrs Jordan my carved corner table and picture
To Mrs Fred Searby my oak table
To Hallie Porter my 8 large silver spoons
To Julia Catherine Snyder two pictures
I have told my brother John to take all that he wishes to have of my things and the remainder to be sold by private sale.
To my sister Leonora have sent my coral pin which I have already sent her
To Mrs Mark McDonald my old sampler
To my Godchild Margaret Dixon my silver tea pot coffee pot and salver
To Betty Dixon my seven rings
To Doctor Yates my old silver sugar spoon and tongs
I wish to be buried in the cemetery which has perpetual care and I wish to leave Mr Clark the old screen embroidered by my mother with the picture of Hawstead Vestry and Bishop Hall the first Rector known.
To Mrs Clark I leave my tea spoons with crest on, 5 Queen Anne and other odd ones
I leave to Miss Richardson for her trouble $100 and Mrs Dobell for her faithful service $100 and my checked blanket shawl.
